Jennifer Marcenelle

When it comes to burning out, Jennifer has a simple philosophy: take your life back by putting your Highest Self in charge and learning how to heal your injuries from the inside out. At the age of forty-four, she experienced a health crisis resulting after years of anger and frustration from trying to please and meet the unrealistic expectations of others. This experience led her on a journey of self-responsibility and healing, one that changed her life forever. She has since devoted her career to helping people get their lives back.

The World Has Changed.

Despite an increase in access to more technology, wealth, freedom and advantages, we are all burning out in record numbers. Experts have connected this stress, anxiety and exhaustion trifecta to higher levels of divorce, sickness, crime, arguments, chronic pain, and even job losses.

But There Is Hope.

Change can happen. You can reverse this and turn your life around by getting to the root of the problem. This starts with one simple step: recognizing the fact that it’s not your fault. After all, the world has become faster, more divisive, and people are under more pressure than ever before.

“Burnout is a combination of Stress, Anxiety, and Exhaustion. The feeling of always worrying tires the brain and lowers our ability to fight stress, thereby creating a vicious cycle.”

– Jennifer Marcenelle, Founder of Burn Bright Today™

The Importance of Healthy Grieving

For some people, though, it can take months or years to come to terms with a loss. Whether it’s the loss of a spouse, parent, child, friend, home, job, or career, it’s important to realize that there’s no “normal” period for a person to grieve.

Living Present In The Moment

One of the gifts of the recent pandemic’s shelter-in-place has been to force us to reevaluate our careers, relationships, and goals in life. When we’re fully present in the moment and connected to divine guidance, we are able to release what’s happened in the past and stop worrying about the future because the only thing we can control and operate in is the present.

The Importance of Meditation

There’s been a lot of psychological research that analyzes how meditation can be helpful for a wide range of health conditions and to date, much of this research strongly suggests that practicing meditation can, in fact, lower blood pressure, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and even irritable bowel syndrome symptoms.
